Hi,

I just made a purchase of the BattleZone Extreme 2 theme. Clicked buy, paid with my paypal, and then the final paypal page came up with confirmation of purchase and ID transaction, but I have no theme or files ? What happens here then ? I thought it may appear in the dashboard of my profile but no such luck, can you help please

If I hear or recieve nothing, tomorrow I will raise a dispute. Very keen to get my hands on that theme so I`m hoping there`s an easy answer

Please send pm your conformation and id transaction and I will approve your theme, I do apologize for this inconvenience though. We have are requiring conformation as of now. This will all be disabled once our new Store module has been completed and ran through rigorous testing.

I have to say guys, what a beautiful theme, who ever designed this needs a pat on the back !

I can vouch for the site and the web design work, very very impressed, very fast service you guys come recommended

One small thing you may be able to help me with

1. The files came with no noob instructions . There are 2 folders, one with the root, which is easy, but then there is a folder called logo psd, sorry for being a noob but this is the first time I have used Nuke Evolution, I have previously used Joomla and E107, but Nuke Ev Ex 2.0 for communities and clans there is no better CMS in my opinion, but where does the logo psd file go ?

2. Firefox shows the site no worries, internet explorer shows the site properly, but asks to install flash 10.1, everytime i try to install flash 10.1 it fails, any ideas what this is ? I`m not blaming the theme I think its maybe an issue with my browser, what do you think ? Windows 7 64 bit here

Hmmm well for the documentation, I do apologize for that, We will get some online Documentation up asap.

For the flash issue, that is just odd. I run windows 7 64 bit too and I don't have any issues with flash. I have the latest version install. Try to go to adobe.com and manually get flash. That might fix the issue.

I think its an issue with my internet explorer. Lol I have another issue now. The theme I bought is the main theme i have activated, ive deactivated the other themes that came with nuke ev ex as standard. Last night i was on the site and the template reverted back to the default theme, even though all the themes are deactivated and the only one i have activated is the new theme I bought. Can you help it won`tnow display the new theme I bought

Okay there could be many things causing this issue, one could be a cacheing issue. So do exactly as I say, go to your nuke-evolution administration control panel. From there go to the cache section of the control panel.
Then clear your cache, do this twice. If the issue isn't resolved then try this. Go to your account and select a theme. From there on the drop down menu you need to select Default theme. If that doesn't fix it. Then please post the link to your site.

sorry about since we been rebuilding the site i forgot to put all files to each theme but if you go to your purchase the flash fix is there and directions to fix if anymore question please feel free to post in the verified selection in forums and we will get with you asap and help and thanks for choosing Crysis Design as your source and thanks for the comment also enjoy the theme i hope you like it also on that theme be aware once i'm done with this site i will be updating the themes goodies so keep a look out for them Wink

Everything has gone really well with the installation of the site. The site is pretty much built just need to sort out some decent graphics now. When I bought the theme it said that I could have 1 free change on the header image. I`d like to take you up on this offer.

How do we go about organising this ?

I really don't know, Crysis hasn't been on I think. He might be a bit busy.
